Required Skills
- BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Welding Engineering)
- PG in Welding & Quality engineering
- 4 – 7 Years of experience in process design, organizing equipment (Plant & Machinery, Test equipments) and process establishment.
Should have Knowledge in below areas:
- Knowledge of Assembly process & welding process.
- Strong experience and desire to work hands-on resistance welding & Laser welding equipment.
- Demonstrated ability and passion to understand processes and the interaction between the material, equipment and the associated impact to product performance.
- Demonstrated ability to design, optimize and qualify processes with data driven decisions.
- Must be able to perform machine and process troubleshooting and apply root cause analysis.
- Experience performing engineering functions and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.
- Must possess engineering skills (process development/improvement, troubleshooting, data analysis, tolerancing).
- Capable of identifying critical process parameters. Knowledge of FTA, FMEA, etc.
- Experience with standard Quality tools (PFMEA, SPC, DOE, Control Plans, NPD, Change Management)
